- Created parity model: a total salary increase ranging from 7% to 26% for 2018-2019.
- Added two steps to the salary schedule
- Established health & dental benefits pool: $100,000 per year for reimbursements
- Established additional Pay: $30/hr for mandated trainings, division and department meetings.
